Water Lotus is an online-based registered merchandiser of authentic skin care products. It cares for customers’ satisfaction to the fullest extent. With a view to ensuring a trustworthy client-merchandiser relationship according to standard service guidelines, the following terms and conditions are devised by Water Lotus: 

1. Interested clients can purchase Water Lotus products after issuance of order properly. 
2. After successful product confirmation, Water Lotus will ensure the delivery within four (4) working days in Dhaka & eight working days outside Dhaka. (Subjects to change in case of transport strike, political instability and natural calamities etc.) 
3. Product delivery charge Tk50 for clients elsewhere in Dhaka and Tk100 for clients outside Dhaka will be applied. 
4. Registered buyers are requested to inform Water Lotus in case the consignment takes more than four days of product confirmation in Dhaka & eight days in outside Dhaka. Further steps for the redelivery will be considered if the complain is submitted within 15 days of the delayed period. 
5. Replacement of sold products will be considered, only if: there is any damage caused by the shipment/ expiry date of the product is over/ the product is unsealed. In such cases, products will be replaced without charging additional cost within 15 days. Remember our return & refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
6. We keep the right to refuse/ cancel the service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Noteworthy that Water Lotus, although is marketing a bunch of genuine and quality skincare products, highly recommends for having a balanced diet with proper nutrition, adequate drinking of safe water, proper sleep, and regular physical exercise to secure healthy skin. Water Lotus shall not be liable in case of its any skincare product seems ineffective for the users leading an unhealthy life.
